I have just purchased a 5 month old friesian filly . I would like to know what is the safest and best way to feed her? The woman I bought her from just fed her gro and win 32% protien and calfmanna I was told by my feed rep that that combination would stunt her growth . She suggested a growth and developement formula that contains no corn and is 37% grow and win plus other nutriants. Or a developer that is 16% protien and contains 40% grow and win and other nutriants and a mineral and vitamin mix. I am really confused now. Please help. Is my very first friesian and want to do everything right . Thank you Diane
