OK, PEOPLES!!!
I know a lot of us would be verrrry happy if a sequel to our favorite computer-animated movie came out. Well, why not stop dreaming and start DOING?
What I mean is, why don't we write to Pixar as a group and state our great want for ABL2? If we get enough fans together, we'd be kinda like a "union". It's happened before with other movies!

Just thought I'd curiously inquire...
I for one, just loves his character, but one of the main things about him that softens me is his eyes. Big, blue, expressional...
I've noticed there are a lot of Flik fans around. So just out of curiosity, what is it that you guys love about him?

Hi guys! I came here because I was a HUGE ABL in '98 and I think it's so cool that people still are HUGE fans! I still like the movie, I just like Monsters, Inc better ^_^ but still! it's a great movie!

Last Sunday night , A Bug's Life was shown for the first time on network television . The Wonderful World of Disney premeire included a special message , " Magic Happens " before each commercial break .
Any true Hopper or Flik fan would have been happy to see the sound and animation were digitally remastered so the movie would have the same splendid greatness it had in theaters . In theaters , unlike the ABL videos and dvd's , had the film mastered for excellent sound for the hearing impaired . Animation was also made to look twice as colorful and bright for network tv , and I saw the animation colors very clear . The film's animation was so bright , it even looked bright and somewhat happy towards the end when Hopper chases Atta and Flik ...... and that part is supposed to be scary .
All in all , A Bug's Life had an Excellent Telivision Premiere . The Wonderful World of Disney still has it going on .

Okay...Disney is really starting to push me over. They come out with a Cinderella 2!!! How can you have a Cinderella 2??? >=O And Hunchback of Notre Dame 2??? How pathetic is that. I hated the first HB of ND. -.- Plus there shouldn't be a sequel. That's just gay! @_@
If Disney comes out with anymore pathetic sequels and fail to produce ABL 2...I'm storming the castle!!

Actually, if they even TRY to sneak in an Antz 2, but don't make a Bug's Life 2, someone is going to be hurt...
After all, ABL beat Antz in the box office by, like- what, DOUBLE the cash?

Flik has so won me over!! ^_^ dude if I ever have a boyfriend, he's gonna be like Flik. (And has to be an ABL nut!) I love his eyes, his smile, and his giggle. I am not fond of his laugh. >.< And Mr. Foley is no Prince Charming. 9.9 Sorry Foley fans. I think he's ugleeee! whoo! Poor Fliky. *sniff* Okay, I've been loving Flik for....4 years now!! Woooahh! I'm a newcomer. I just wanted to drop in and say that Flik is a sweetheart. He gotta be my favorite Disney character. His expressions are so cute. He reminds me of myself a bit... creative and clumsy. In fact, I'd have to say that there is a bit of Flik in each of us. Just as Mari said, if I had a boyfriend, he would be kinda Flik-ish. Not exceedingly talented, but not a total jerk, either.

The only reason I like him was because he was very swift and crafty. I was around 8 or 9 when I saw the movie in theatres. At that time, I must admit he scared me some. But the two things that got me cringing back in my seat was that one shot when he was flying through the air with the gang, and when he was beating and criticizing Flik at the climax. I was there at the edge of my seat when he kidnapped Flik. (I know, I have a soft spot for misfits) Other than that, Hopper's hunky-dorey.
