The most recently-available fuel system I know of for the Gerry Mini-Stove is the Optimus #702 LP sealed canister. It doesn't mean they are easy to find -- I have not found it in the Milwaukee area lately, though I was able to buy it 3 or 4 years ago. The canisters resemble the Gerry original, nipple valve and all, but are printed in orange.
Oddly, I actually saw these stoves for sale at the Army-Navy Surplus store in Billings, MT, in August, but they didn't have fuel or know where to get it.
