Rogers M1950 pressure valve?

My Army buddy gave me a Rogers M1950 Squad Stove (1966). The only problem is it spews out pressurized gasoline. I took the pump apart and discovered the pressure valve at the bottom of the pump is not sealing. The part is a spring loaded small brass cylinder with a column of sealing material inside. Does any one know where I can get parts for this stove? I checked with Coleman's but they only sell the complete stove.

If any one has any ideas on who to make this part please let me know. Lastly I did scan though twenty pages of discussions looking to see if this question had been asked before.
