Found the other day in an old barn:
It's a two-burner kerosene portable camp or boat(?) cooking stove. The metal tag says "A. J. Lindemann & Hoverson Co. " and No. 229A. the somewhat spherical heavy glass kerosene tank says "Pat. Dec 15, 1914"
The stove is mostly complete; apparently lacks a bail for the glass tank, a small spring on one of the controls, and one of the square grates is gone, at least we haven't found it yet. Otherwise, it's in good shape.
Does anyone know anything about this stove?
Thanks! |
