This past weekend the RBC Dragon Boat Team took part in the 2nd Annual PDBC Belleville Training Camp and it was a resounding success.

Each crew was treated to 2 practices a day with the option of more by joining boats that were partially filled with visiting paddlers. There was video review each day, lots of open, calm, fresh (and clean) water, great accommodations all for an inexpensive price!

The RBC Crew participated in this event last year and realized the benefits almost immediately and this year was no different! By having the opportunity to paddle at least twice a day and to have video review we were able to apply the theory to boat almost immediately. Many paddlers came to the camp with the need to develop technically and left smiling having accomplished more in 3 days than they would have normally been able to in 2 weeks.
