VERDUN SAVED

December 6 2005 at 7:20 PM
Breaking news!!!

-
Verdun of MTL has lost some of it's beef this year to attrition but thankfully, Maple bear has stepped up to save the day!!!

Insiders report that they are releived that Mr. Bear has decided to join Verdun when clearly the Wong's are also in need of members this year.

Mr. Bear allegedly in top form and was seen flexing his muscle and eating a brownie.

More news at eleven, eleven thirty in NFDL!!!

Hahah! Man, I don't know where you got your facts, but you're wrong. As far as I know, both teams are going to stay as they are and coached by the Matts respectively. Can't wait to see them go head to head again this season.

You guys keep mentioning brownies..... my understanding is that it was not brownies, but cookies that were plentiful,.... special cookies!

Re: VERDUN SAVED

January 19 2006, 9:55 PM

One of the verduners spiked the punch bowl, which led to the lesbian show. Ira was not implicated in the man on man action. Rumour has it that the cookies in question were baked by a certain bear who sneaked in as Tuna's date. She didn't notice because she had partaken of the "Special" cookies on the drive up.

Re: VERDUN SAVED

January 20 2006, 11:48 AM

What truly transpired…, I really know…, after a few alcoholic beverages they decided to play this adult game called hide and seek. Someone found a wardrobe which was a passage way to a place called Nunavut. They all ended up there and were welcomed as messiahs by the inhabitants. The team reluctantly joined the battle between good and evil and liberated the land from the evil clutches of the federal government. And this, my friends is what really occurred. I know.

I think Loki has been eating one too many cookies.

Re: VERDUN SAVED

January 20 2006, 12:40 PM

I dislike cookies. I prefer rice cakes, yaba and crystal meth.

By the way, I was told that no video was made of their adventure because they needed the lithium in the camera batteries to produce yaba for the denizens of Nunavut. And that my friends, is indeed breaking news.

Maybe add some copper to the mix?

Re: VERDUN SAVED

January 20 2006, 5:05 PM

It would absolutely be an interesting experiment. To my knowledge, the greatest concentration of copper at my disposition would be located in my niece’s piggy bank. It must contain at least several thousand pennies (the piggy is rather obese and his name is Greenspan). I would have to devise a grand scheme to appropriate myself with her wealth for she is wise and ruthless beyond her age. True story my friends.

I will get back to you as soon as her fortune is in my possession. Science must prevail.
