Following the lachine festival and their MIDBRF presence, what do you guys think about them ?

They are good but Phily taught the a lesson beating them three times head-to-head and also always posting better heat times, all in all beating them five times.

But Philly is really good and Montreal gave them a big race in the most important one, the 500m. Montreal also show they are poised to win the eastern region entry into next year's world championships in Penang. 3R Men will need to work some seriouse magic to defeat Montreal at the race off during the Quebec Cup on September 22,23.

Give credit to Montreal men. This is a big year for Philly, they are headed to australia. They were at the top of their game this weekend and they looked good. The 500 final was just a great race. Philly was suprised for sure.
