Hi everyone. Once again, Blake Hara, Doug Jones, and I will be conducting dragon boat clinics at the Mississauga Canoe Club. All levels of experience are welcome. Clinics are six weeks in duration and take place on Monday nights from 6-8 pm. Sessions include one hour in the paddle pool and one hour in the weight room. Clinics start Nov 12, Jan 7, and Feb 18. Emphasis is on technical improvement and strength and conditioning.

This clinic is worth every dollar. Sign up and attend if you can get there.

The clinics are great, but the over 25% increase in price from last year is not.

Personally, I'd do my weight room clinic with the Mofos.

Actually, the mofos have a great dryland training regime. You should check it before bashing them.
