Hi, I'm a leader of another central Florida paranormal investigation group & we would like to invite you locals to a special book release party this weekend!
We're having a book release party on Saturday, April 30th, at the Blue Dahlia in Historic downtown Sanford! The Blue Dahlia was featured in the movie my girl with Dan Ackroyd and Jaime Lee Curtis and is located two blocks from a Haunted Firehouse, three miles from the Interstate-4 Dead Zone, and seven blocks from Celery Avenue where a Phantom Horse is seen, all of which the stories are featured in the Weird Florida book!!!!!
There's a large out door patio that holds about 100 people that we are getting all to ourselves. Food will be served, and Drinks will be available! Plus there will even be a live band! Not sure if it will be Jazz, or top40....
There's gonna be prizes given away too...here's a small sampling of what is up for grabs as of right now...
1st Prize The Actual Map used on the author's infamous 2500 mile quest to
track down the Weird Florida. With autograph and letter of certification.

The bigwigs in New York who publish WEIRD FLORIDA caught wind of this event and are very 'interested'...plus a couple local papers are going to be covering it and Mr. Carlson is putting up $10,000 of his own money as a reward to whoever can bring him a live Florida Skunk Ape! There are already a couple people claiming to have one and will bring it to the event. Check out the SpookHunters Webboard for one such claim...
