i meen shes tiny if nyn is taller than her and shes 5'4-5'5 moiraine should be miniture!!!! and lanfear (from what i believe) is alot taller than nyn and also even with moiraine jumping from a wagon im only a little taller than nyn and ive had people run into me at a full sprint who r about moiraine's size and they go flying i stand!!! so imagine what would happen with lanfear??? even if she lahsed out with the power lanfear could easily wipe away the flows with barly a thought!! so my question is how did tiny moiraine tackle lanfear and get her all the way into the ter'angreal with her being as small as she is????

Big bills suck.. For the last 20 years Moiraine has been traveling around on a horse named Aldieb (I think), as transeleted West vind, with LAN, so she problably has some seriouse muscles.
Never ever underestimate the little Biteme

WElll I am also not that tall, but if i take a sprint and run into someone. That person would also fall.
And Lanfear stood right before the terangreal. So she would only have to fall backwards.
And Lanfear was busy with rand and she didn't saw moiraine until it was too late. At that time she couldn't from the weaves anymore.

well it depends how close moiraine was to the terangreal, i doubt lanfear would be that stupid to stand less then 5 feet away from a doorway terangreal knowing that she could fall right in, like i said before if someone ran into me i wouldnt fall i might stagger back a couple feet, but i wouldnt fall (trust me its happend and watching people go flyin is pretty funny) so if lanfear was less than say 5 feet away she wouldnt have gone in, which i doubt she would be that stupid considering i dont think the dark one would choose a stupid person to be one of his chosen.

Lanfear might have been standing less than 5 feet from it, I think. She was totally focused on Rand and the girls, so she might not have noticed how close she was to the ter'angreal. She even may have noticed, but didn't care about it. Remember that Moiraine was k.o. and that Rand and the girls were the only people (so Lanfear thought) that could be a threat to her. She just didn't think about Moiraine standing up, because she thought she had "finished" her.

u forgot something, lanfear is full of saidar so she is aware of EVERY thing around her she can sense every blade of grass i think she would have even if she is preocupies noticed moir ripping her dress on the wagon and climing on top, just i have a theory...moir is still alive just stuck in that ter'angreal but maybe not since lan felt her bond break... maybe the ter'angreal fuzzed it. perhaps El could make a new ter'angreal into that land where she fell and get her out

uhhhm... Why Lan feeled the bound pass was becouse moiraine pased it on to Myrelle, some thing that hasent been done for a long time and complitly forbiden without the warders permition. In other words a proff that she lived after going in to the t'a. To get her out you probably have to use the tower of jinji(or something), in tSR Birgithe menchen that it is an link into Finland, and you have to cheat in snake and foxes or some thing to win.
What I wonder is why there cant be something between moiraine and rand, taht will lead to disater moiraine says some where in tFH.

What gave u the idea of the tower of jenji??? she fell threw a doorway t'a so shes probably stuck in that world that the t'a took her to it would be so much easier to have El get her out by making another one. lan felt her bond pass but she could still be dead beacause she coulda died after the passed the bond but i forgot wut happend to lanfear did she die or is she stuck with moir?

The doorway that Moiraine fell through is the same that Mat went through in book 4 in Rhuidean. It leads to one of the finns.
In book 4 we hear from birgitte:
You chase Slayer, Young Bull. He is here in the flesh and he can kill.
In the flesh? You mean not just dreaming? How can he be here in the flesh?
I do not know. It is a thing dimly remembered from long ago, come again as so much else. Things
of the Shadow walk the dream, now. Creatures of Heartfang. There is not safety.
..
Perrin studied the featureless metal tower. "If I can find how he got in, I can put an end to him."
Cub foolish, digging in a groundwasps' nest. This place is evil. All know this. And you would chase evil into evil.
Slayer can kill.
(TSR, Hopper to Perrin, to the Tower of Ghenjei, page 323)
A dangerous place, archer. The Tower of Ghenjei is a bad place for humankind.
...
Once entered, the Tower of Ghenjei is hard enough to leave in the world of men. Here it is all but impossible.
...
It is a doorway, archer, to the realms of the Aelfinn and the Eelfinn. She said the names as if he should recognize them.
When he looked at her blankly, she said. "Did you ever play a game called Snakes and Foxes?"
All children do. At least, they do in the Two Rivers. But they give it up when they get old enough to realize there's no way
to win.
Except to break the rules, she said. "Courage to strengthen, fire to blind, music to daze, iron to bind."
"That's a line from the game. I don't understand. What does it have to do with this tower?"
Those are the ways to win against the snakes and the foxes. The game is a remembrance of old dealings. It does not matter
so long as you stay away from the Aelfinn and the Eelfinn. They are not evil the way the Shadow is evil, yet they are so different
from humankind they might as well be.They are not to be trusted, archer.
(TSR, Birgitte to Perrin, to the Tower of Ghenjei, page 323 and 324)
So that is why everyone is talking about it. They think it is a way to get moiraine back.
Why Lan feeled the bound pass was becouse moiraine pased it on to Myrelle
I'm not sure about that. In book 2, the Great Hunt, Moiraine told Lan she had altered the bond between them, so if she should die it would pass on to Myrelle. It was never mentioned that she would do it before, never mentioned that it is even possible to do it before. I'm not saying it isn't possible, just that it might not be, since we never heard of it.
Therefore, I believe Moiraine must have 'died' when she fell into the ter'angreal. Notice that I don't say she actually died, because it is possible she went to 'another world', where the bond ceased to be, as if she were dead. If this were true, however, I don't understand it didn't happen before, when Moiraine entered the ter'angreal in Rhuidean.
So, perhaps she really did die. Lanfear certainly must have, since the Dark One raised her as Cyndane. However, in Winter's Heart, Cyndane thought about her time with the Aelfinn. So she must have been with them for some time before she died. Do you believe Moiraine and Lanfear would live next to each other for a while? Peacefully? I don't. So, Lanfear might have killed Moiraine when they fell into the ter'angreal and for whatever reason, she died after staying with the Aelfinn for a while.
It is also possible they both lived with the Aelfinn, but didn't notice each other, like Rand and Mat didn't notice each other while being in the same place when they entered the ter'angreal.
It is certain, from the hints we got, that the Aelfinn live in the Tower of Ghenji. From the hints as well, I think we may conclude that Moiraine will be rescued (Egwene seeing in a dream: Thom taking a blue stone out of fire, Min thinking: the woman Rand needed was dead) and not by making a new ter'angreal. The fire, the iron and the music are hints to her rescue, obviously. I think some (or all) of the following might be involved rescuing Moiraine:
- Perrin, since he knows something more about the Tower than his friends.
- Rand and Mat both saw the tower in the Eye of the World, when fleeing from Shadar Logoth, though Mat may not remember.
- Thom, for the dream Egwene had. He might be "music".
- Olver, since he likes the Snakes & Foxes game so much. He may know 'the rules' to win...
- Mat... Aludra... Fire?
- Isam/Luc. After all, he knows how to enter the Tower.
I would like to see Lan play a part in Moiraine's rescue, as well. Especially because of Isam's possible involvement...
We will have to RAFO, though, I fear.

interesting theory liandra...i think that moir passed the bond to myrelle not that she died to confuse rand n' friends for some AS plot or possibly to confuse the forsaken and DO... also think about this, lanfear is dead we know this, is it possible that moir killed her in the t'a? just, knowing RJ moir is probably not dead because no one in WoT 'dies' just i hope moir comes back SOON cause i dont wanna wait ANOTHER 3 yrs to find out that she is STILL STUCK!!! sigh wut i would do with a time machine...*sniffle* omg i miss moiraine i want her back sniffle

Liandra: I think stilling can produce the same effect as dying on giving a warder to someone else.
And we know that you can give your warder to someone else. So if you have already set the web, like moiraine did with lan, she only had to trigger it.
And about Lanfear and Moiraine living together. Rand, mat and moiraine visited the finns, but they didn't see eachother. So it is possible they didn't met.
And if they met, I think there is a high probability that they were both stilled. So they couldn't attack with the power.

i dont think lanfear died in the t'a, it says in tFoH that moir lashed out with the power at lanfear and it says she also grappled with her so lanfear is dead. and the DO reincarnated her as Cyndane. but in WH cyndane recalls the time with the Aelfinn and when someone attacks her (Alivia) Cyn said she was stronger than before she met the Aelfinn. so either she did not die before the Aelfinn, or may have visited them in the 2nd age. but either way she's dead. moir on the other hand we have just know that she's stuck with the Aelfinn becuase RJ is not having her die because no one in WoT dies (gotta love balefire) i moir is back in book 11 cause i dont feel like waiting 3 yrs to find out shes still DEAD!

"Rand sitting down in a chair, and somehow she knew that the chair's owner would be murderously angry at having her chair taken; that the owner was a woman was as much as she could pick out of that. Perrin, lounging with Faile in his lap, kissing her while she played with the short-cut beard that he wore in the dream. Behind them two banners waved, a red wolf's head and a crimson eagle. A man in a bright yellow coat stood near to Perrin's shoulder, a sword strapped to his back; in some way she knew that he was a Tinker. Every time he moved closer to Perrin it was as if a chill of doom shot through everything. Another dream. Mat throwing dice with blood streaming down his face, the wide brim pulled low so she could not see his wound, while Thom Merrilin put his hand into a fire to draw out the small blue stone that now dangled on Moiraine's forehead. Or a dream of a storm, great dark clouds rolling without wind or rain while forked lightning bolts, every one identical, rent the earth."

Once you go into the land of the Finns you do not see each other... When Mat, Rand and Moiraine went into the Doorway they never saw each other while they were inside.

yes that is true but what about cyndane? how did she die? maybe when moir lashes out with the power when she grapples lanfear she dies. just this still brings up a point. wut happend to moir? has she been reincarnated? is she still stuck in the t'a waiting for thom to take her out? wut about the letter to thom he reads so often? who really is thom? is moir really dead? find out next time on WoT book 11! wut i would do with a time machine...

My first thought when i read that Moiraine was dead was that she had been bound to the horn, so maybe at the last battle she will make an very impresing comeback and kick all asses and save the day.
