what i mean is we know from tSR that marin knows that egwene and nyn are in the tower but do u think they know yet that egwene is amyrlin? what about nyn? do u think they know about her being so strong in the power and being AS? i think they would know by know that rand is the DR. my most current daydream is wut would happen if nyn and eg went back home via traveling? we know from bode that they didn't know shes amyrlin but did she write letters? i think eghead is an idiot for not taking just an hour to go back home. i know in WH she says that she cant go home as amyrlin just come on just for an hour??? as for nyn u would think her being the former wisdom that she would take the time to head back home even if only for a day? just imagine emonds fields reactions!!!! nyn coming home with her shawl and eghead with her stole! imagine CENN BUIE!!!!!! blood and ashes that would be funny!!!!

I think Nynaeve and Egwene has better things to do then go runing home. I dont really think that Nynaeve is a well known name yet, so that she is strong in the power people wouldnt care about, so no they dont. i think I read in a robert jordan interview that tam probably knowed that rand is the dragen reborn, but will not face it

in CoT it says near the end that eg after the siege of the white tower wiil visit home and she asks bode if she wants to come with. RJ is probably foreshadowing and eg will very likely visit home if only for a day or to because she probably doesnt want to stay from the WT very long. and nyn wuz the wisdom however long ago it was and she cares about emonds field so i highly doubt that she wont come with.

I do not really care about Egwene (isn't it odd how almost everyone who loves Nynaeve, hates Egwene as well?).
As for Nynaeve, I can imagine a few reasons why she would not want to visit Emond's Field whatever it takes. For example, she doesn't have any relatives living there, she's an orphan. Right now, she has everyone she really cares about with her.

I dont hate Egwene, she is one of my favorite character, nynaeve is my absolute favorite, but still, I like Egwene Elayne Min Mat Perrin and everybody else, including Elaida

She told her to wait and she would go back to the Aes Sedai camp with her, not Emmonds Field...

She has mentioned that she would like to go back and visit family... So has Rand no one else...

Perrin has already gone back...

Most of the people in Emmonds field has to know what is going on... All those girls that have gone to be Aes Sedai must write home to family...

ya your probably right that bode would write home especially when egghead orders her switched but in tSR marin keeps it very quiet to evry one in emonds field that eg can channel. nyn might not have had any relitives in emmonds field put she was the wisdom and she cares for her people. 1. she still keeps the braid in her hair (i kno its her trademark and RJ wouldnt take it off) even though braiding hair isnt customary to AS. 2. how often do you hear in nyn POV all the ramblings about the two rivers?? i still think that she will go home eventually even if it is in the last book RJ wouldnt leave out those details especially considering they would be really funny. imagine Cenn buie when nyn has an ageless face wooohoo!
