Looking for anyone who served in STRATCOM during the time LTC Higgs was in command. 2003 will be the 35th anniversary of his assumption of command and I am attempting to locate as many of his soldiers as I can with an eye towards getting as many as possible to attend the Kagnew Station 2003 Reunion (if one is held). Was at kagnew from Dec68 to May 70. Worked at Stratcom Warehouse. Sp5 Roten. I am enjoying reading on Kagnew page of memories and happenings. Would some day hope to see some of the guys.
