they can use words and media to terrorize us. To make us feel unsafe. I dont think we felt safe before Sept 11 tho.
Sometimes terrorism comes in many forms.
It can be the spreading of mass viral contamination while making a fortune with acceptable risk of loss of life to the general population...or the continued requirement for more and better attacks to our bodies and our children knowing that it is required by law and we must succumb and aquiese to a belief we know to be wrong. Is that not terrorism?
It can be turning to those that are paid to help you when a child needs special help and believing their word to be true only to find that those that you turned to knew what this child needed to succeed were quiet and said nothing or did nothing. Is this not terrorism?
Fear of certain areas of town, fear of the dark, fear of the freeway at rushhour...Do we all have our own little "terrorisms" ?...i guess what makes it terrorism is what motivates the cause.
Now they would have us fear going to the mall on halloween. Frankly i would be more afraid of the teenage gangs at the mall on halloween than the terrorists of the world.
Fear or terrorism.
Some People live with terrorism in some form...fighting for causes known to only a few...their entire lives.
And we continue to do what we have to do.
We overcome.
We addapt.
We fight, just as they continue the fight for their own causes.
I hope the cowards that use death and destruction in the name of their cause lose the battle soon so all the people of the world can live terror free. I suppose we have more to rid ourselves of than the enemy that we see before we can live terror free...
