I keep thinking about what they say, that there is acceptable risk to protect the masses...yet if ONE person dies or is injured then protecting the masses is NO better than what hitler wanted to do...

As for being professionally processed, they trained their pilots, no reason they couldnt train people to be anthrax makers, and they have enough money to build a lab...
