If something the matter w them (bad thing, not perfect)
then they will put out tRNA (transcriptions or responses for any immune function erratically) either too much or too little, but not perfect in quality and quantity for any defense purpose. MHC (Major Histocompatibility Genes) genes are responsible for handling any thing that is ingested by the body. Mitochondrial genes may also harbor such important genes, that we know very little about. Jumping genes basically in my opinion are defense mechanism in our body. Boy! I still have a lot to learn and research.

our family is participating in a research here in IL to find out the immune system genes involved in maladaptive behaviors in body systems of kids w autism now. We will see, what they can come up w.
