Response to wondering about....

it won't be any cheaper than buying the supplement,
thats for sure.

in fact you will find as you understand more that you
will be wanting to make other changes and u will wonder how you ever can to consider this question.

i don't know whats in thyme oil, i am a bit wary of herbs added into supplements because they are medicinal rather than the bodies building blocks so you can get side effects.

my expereince as you understand food more that you find you get the nutrients by more intelligent
use of everyday food. like fresh fish from unpolluted water which you may have access to gives better quality efas than you can buy in supplements.

20iu of vitamin e is a largish amount in my expereince, you have to watch health food mania where
they always overdose.

magnesium (orotate, glycinate or aspartate), flax seed oil, chromium (gtf or nicotinate) (NOT chromium picolinate as this dmages dna) can help with adhd.
offal foods like liver and kidneys can help with adhd as well becuase they provide trace minerals that help the brain sugar metabolism which is a problem with adhd.

the main austim supplementation boards are the gfcf
board and enzymes and autism.
