Can't be as bad as here

We close school based on the extended forecast! And when I was a kid, either you had school or you didn't - none of this "two hour delay" business. When Emily was in spec. ed. preschool, we had no school for a week because of snow, then no school the second week because every day was a "two-hour delay" and that meant preschool was cancelled! So much for a free and appropriate education!
