Better tell them to read the books again...

IEP's are not just for kids in segregated classes. They are for any child with an identified LD, and most certainly do include children who are fully integrated in the classroom (both ADD and dyslexic kids have IEP's)

Sounds like these weiners are trying to pull a fast one...
