My son does great in spelling...

I guess it helps because before he could speak, I desinged a pecs-like system for him. At age 4 he had a sight vocabulary of nouns of over 200 words. Now, he currently spells on 3rd grade level in 1st grade.

He can spell words I have trouble with. I get i's and e's backwords in a lot of words. He lets me know when I do.

His math skills are also in second grade level and so is his reading ability.
