I'm NOT being facetious when I say that I aspire to be like you! Lord! How do you "FCDO" (whatever it was that you typed) and what is FCDO? I gather they're financial records. I want to do that!

Something I just learned about the great state of Texas. The TEA (Texas Education Agency) appoints their own "impartial hearing officers" for due process hearings. The TEA has been mandated by OSEP to make available all due process hearings. They're on the net. I went through the first twenty or so. Everyone was found in favor of the SD. Then I started randomly going through - for about an hour. I found only one in favor of the child. The school was forced to put an IEP in place for the child (they had neglected to do so for several months).
