hmmmmmm is it hereditary?

or could this be a new syndrome brought on by hepc? Given at birth would be hard to distinguish if truly hereditary or induced...why would they spend money finding a new drug for 100 people a year, unless of course they knew this was a reaction to their other big money vaccine-Hepc?
