of vaccinating all these malnurished, unhealthy children; they should take this money and feed them help them learn to grow their own food, provide more sanitary living conditions.
These type of programs only damage more human lives. Wonder what the infant mortality rate will be like there once they do this...or what the autism rate will be like? These countries can't afford to educate healthy children I can only imagine what type of econimic catraphies await these governments?
..and these poor families.
