Did anyone see Boston Public last night?

They had a storyline going about a child (I think with CP) that was enrolled in the public high school. The evil parents twisted IDEA laws to make the school district pay for private schooling. They made the school embark on a IEP that would fail so that they could pursue the private ed. route.

Please, as if we needed this.
