faxing is a great idea

If they don't have a fax number, give me the name and phone number and I will call them and find out where to send it, fax number, and email addy. Cheryl is right, as hard as it is, it is better to let them know your difficulties. I would think that your medical difficulties would be enough to get you a nurse. The medical issues are separate from the Aspergers. At least, I would think so.
