Cheryl, LG used to have 95, then her hard drive died.

The lady that installed her new hard drive, installed 98. It is NOT installed over the top of 95, so cannot just uninstall. Her computer does not have enough memory to use 98, it is now running very very slow, freezing up right and left and becoming impossible to sue. I don't know how to get it off completely so she can just install 95. Hope that makes sense.
