Let's make a list first of what you need to cope with on a week to week basis. This could be cookin, cleaning, respite care etc.

What do you need on a monthly basis? This could be trips to town for various reasons etc.

I need a complete list of names, addresses and phone numbers of the organization you wrote to about high membership fees, Dr. Greens boss, your caseworker/manager in Kingston (email if you have it too)
