Hi just got a few things I wanted some opions on
Brodie goes swimming with his Nan (my mum) on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm his usual bed time is 7:30pm but on a swimming night he won"t be in bed till about 9:oopm. Swimming is a 1/2 hour drive away and often Brodie falls asleep in the car on the way there. Now I am finding that Wednesday nights he is up a lot screaming ( last night from 1:00 to 4:00) He is really hard to settle and just screams and head bangs. He loves swimming and it his a aqua thearpy class where he uses Pecs and signs etc so really hard to change the time that he goes. I also really enjoy the break of him going with Nan. Gives Harley (my older son ) and myself some time together. So the question is Do you think it is the sleep in the car on the way there that is the problem? Could it be the chemicals in the pool? (I'm sure he drinks quite a bit of water) Is it just the change of routine? any ideas?
