Daniel was like this at 3. They get so frustrated they cannot communicate, its there only way to do so.
I say no bite every time daniel tries to bite and redirect to some other activity. Or say "no bite" hold out my hand and say "what do you need". Its important to keep the words you say to him to a minimum. Lots of words confuse them...such as saying noooo we dont do that, thats not nice, ect. Just "no bite".or even "no bite" "owiee". Then what do you need, or redirect. Try to keep the same words each time. One thing that really helped Daniel was teaching him how to say no. It gave him power over situations he would usually just act aggressively. A good goal at school or home is to do drills on the word no or teach them a headshake for no.
I cant remember, have yall started any ABA with him?
