#autism hysteria

there is a willingness to accept some things eg a therapist to do ABA, meds, speech etc because people tell you what to do, like a recipe. not much interest in doing harder things. you have to do the background work for diet intervention and chelation. I understand that in a way. took me 2 years to work up to gf/cf. without andrew pushing understanding, I might not have done it. there is a lot of research to do and its hard to stick to. family changes need to be made to help it work too. thats why people don't want to know.

MR - mentally retarded people are logical people. everything they do has a reason and a purpose. it may be hard to work out the logic but it is always there. There is intelligence to their behaviour. I do not know about people who are almost comatose. that is possibly different, i think.
