healthy kids

there is a lot of truth in this. when my children were young, we were very poor and could not afford sweets and cakes etc. we also ate a lot of organically grown vegies and fruit. the result was no cavities until they were teenagers and spent pocket money on junk food. they were also rarely ill and did not get colds, even though we did not have heating for 3 years. they did get chicken pox and measles as teenagers but it was only a few spots.
