Oh yes!

I love that sensation with the hair lightening!!! ...and the mouth pressure. I use the little "Stimudent" sticks. a wet wash cloth and a thumb on the roof of your mouth is awesome.

My cranial sacral therapist uses her thumb on the roof of my mouth. OMG!!! So, there really must be some type of NEED for that. We are in a way helping our bodies.
