not quite sure about this one, never seen the word, but if its anatomic, then its probably about anatomy, so probably they are talking about being "modest" (or more to the extreme- downright frantic if seen or spoken about) about ones sexual parts of the body.

welllllll i had the same IQ number in high school and sometimes i do feel quite dense even tho i know in some ways i am not. I think alot of people with asperbgers tend to be extremely intelligent but the fears get in the way of always presenting themselves or appearing that way (and feel free to correct me if i am wrong anyone)
