Im not sure about your laws. I know what i would do here, (after of course i have sat down and had a good cry and or scream)...
There should be a complaint process ( i would think).In this country you can make a formal complaint which has laws that govern how they investigate it.
Go to the next person on the ladder. Schools have chains of command. There must be somone over the principal. Write a letter stating the things you have said here.If you have copies of letters you have sent to the principal, send those with it as evidence you have tried to work with them, but you are getting no where. Hopefully something will be done.
I personally am sick of dealing with school people who spit in my glass.
