Yes she is.
but she talks really fast so you have to listen hard to catch it all.

If anyone says hello to her they need to be prepared to listen to her talk for a while. she has lot to say. She usually likes to share stories of her dance class or what happened in preschool. She doesn't typically make up stories so this one threw me. She was very matter of fact about it.

I wonder what storied Jerry would have told had he gone into the house.
