In England we are so behind!

I have a 4year old boy diagnosed with high functioning autism or maybe aspergers? + Sensory Intergration Dysfunction.Even the local autistic support group had not heard of SID,And it is so frustrating!!I am drowning in ignorance and my son is paying the price!!I could rant for ages but instead I will simply say hello,it is 10.55pm and he is finally asleep.
