Wait...this seems to be related to the post above,

the same Bill Frist warns smallpox experts on a possibility of "class action lawsuits" for smallpox vax damages...does it mean they are trying to exempt vax makers from ANY class action lawsuits????

Also, i find one of their statements very ambiguous "There is no question of vaccinating general population" - does it mean it's imminent, or that they do not consider it at the moment? And why do they want to vaccinate first responders' family members - aren't those "general population"??
