Register early, spaces will fill quickly! TRIAD is planning its second annual conference, with a focus on Innovations and Best Practices for Autism. The conference will be held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville on October 18, 2002. Our aim is to build awareness of expertise and resources within the state and to promote networking within and between the regions. Concurrent sessions will address topics such as medication, sleep problems, educational interventions, communication strategies, behavior management, legal issues, family support, and adolescent/adult issues. The conference will be open to individuals with autism, parents, professionals, and students. Continuing Education credits will be offered for psychologists, physicians and speech-language pathologists.
