We are looking into this actually, or something close, involving the state attorney generals (like we did on the tobacco cases). If we appeal to basic corporate/beaurocratic greed, it may succeed--there
are many different dynamics at play in our situation however.
Bottom line, let me think about it some more--the idea has potential.
