I dont think it should be banned. if the film does celebrate elimination of disabled people, it needs to be seen and discussed. there are many people who support this view. open discussion and the perspective of people whose lives are affected by difference can change opinions sometimes.
if the film is about regret and is well done, that can provide an emotional stimulus for other people to change.
burying conflict does no good. bad things thrive in secrecy i have found.
