have you lined up a school for him?? thats the most important thing right there- I feel- the kids need early intervention and careful structuring from the get go. And since each kid is so different you have to evaluate what sort of needs he has specifially and do whatever he can put up with- our son, for example develped a screaming aversion to touching metal so we ducttaped everything in our house in order to get him to touch things. At the same time every night we'd sit him at the kitchen table and take turns placing spoons or Matchbox cars in his hand for seconds at a time in order for him to get used to it.Im not gonna lie- you have a tough road ahead of you but thank God things are better than they ever were for people like us.
