too low

the situation here is that population is sparse across most of australia so rural areas are very disadvantaged. last year i was in a place where i had to travel 12 hours to get dental treatment. that isnt even particularly isolated. so not that it is an excuse, but information and competant diagnoticians do not reach most of oz. that community is doing way better dx wise than most, but as i said, probably far too low. and having got a dx, there are no services outside the capital cities. even those are mainly private.
