How do you know it doesn't?

I think there's plenty of evidence on this board that it does. If you don't believe that, go ahead and vaccinate your kids, but don't force others to until you prove vaccines are safe, or at least admit to the tradeoff - which I believe to be chronic autoimmune disease - diabetes, asthma, food allergies, etc.
