Response to You are probably right, |
| <<she could just have easily said SHE was an aide and asked the question>>
If she said, "i'm an aide, an autistic child bit me, can i sue his mother?", the board wouldn't be nearly as forthcoming and sympathetic...imagine the response...
To take an action against her...one thing i would've done would be: to write a straightforward detailed letter, statement describing her action (deceitful posting on this board in disguise) request written explanations why she chose to act in this manner, within certain timeline (say five business days), then for illustration print out all her posts along with ISP's information disclosing her identity, attach those printouts to the letter and send it to her by registered mail, indicating "CC" to the principal, vice principal, school board, your lawyer (if you have one), any advocacy/autism organizations you're in touch with, maybe even local press...the more recipients the merrier...then just sit back and watch them wiggling out of this situation...and keep for them Tylenol and a kleenex handy...
