been notified by the school that there were behavioral issues/problems?
been told of physical assaultscommitted by your child?
been told of the physical responses committed by the aids/teachers in question?
If the answer to any of these is "yes" you need to immediately convene an IEP meeting and forcibly request an FBA be done by a trained professional (prefer a non-school employed psychologist.
If the anser is "no" to all 3 questions, and you have observed their incompetance, it is time to file a complaint with the state and get the big dawgs in their to see why they are not following protocol.
