I know I am posting way after the fact. I was doing some browsing thru various sites-I have a son with Asperger Syndrome and am involved with family resource coordination.
Having chatted with LD in the past, I could sense an enthusiasm that almost bordered on overzealousness. Advocates can be that way, but I also saw a lack of follow thru, frankly.
When an organization is well grounded, you can find results of their work after time. This evening when I was looking for the Autism Awakening site, it had vanished.
