New Class Action Suits just beggining...

*** Good Morning everyone. I also spoke with Joe Masterson yesterday evening. This is in the very beggining stages. I don't believe that they are just "going after" Graco. He did not ask me what type of baby equipment I used.

He did state that they do not have to "prove" that arsenic and antimony is a cause but a contributing factor.

These manufactures of baby products are helping to poison our babies. This can't go on!

All,
I talked to Joe Masterson at the McCallister Law Firm and he is happy to talk to
others to potentially join the class action suit. He can be reached at

Dear Andrea,

Our three-year-old son, who spent a good part of his
childhood in a Graco playpen, has been diagnosed as
autistic and shows high levels of arsenic in his
blood. In fact, until we read your letter, the
playpen was still sitting in our living room, and
being used by our 7-month old. (It is now in the
garage.)

We would like to join you in your suit against this
awful company. Could you keep us informed?

Thank you,
Dan and Kumiko McKee
