Testing Situation

In this case, both tests were given a month apart in the same classroom, under the same conditions, the same rules, with the same group of kids and by the same classroom teacher. If there ever were a situation to compare test results, this is it! But the bigger picture is that I notice Emily does consistently well on Achievement tests, regardless of the situation, and consistently poor on IQ tests. That's why I think there must be something inherent in the tests that makes the difference. I'd just like to know what it is!
