I have several recipes for pasta. Right now I am completely overwhelmed with work, I semi-stupidly volunteered to create and upload a gfcf recipes site on geocities for the gfcfkids support group listserv. Anyway I just looked at the recipe list and there are maybe 15 recipes for pasta here. I will post the recipes here in a few days for you. Also, on your xanthan gum question, I believe you are supposed to store it in the refrigerator. I don't know more than that tho. Sorry.
