The photos were taken by Col. J. B. Jarret (US Army Ordnance) in 1945 and they are from his collection at the Military History Institute in Carlisle Barracks, PA. The collection identifies the location as OW Ordnance # 64 Paris, but I have no idea where in the paris area this was actually located.
